Games

Two arcade games I built and ship myself, free to play in the browser. No installs, no ads, no sign-in. The same instinct as the rest of this site: something that works the second you land on it.

Hurtle

arcade · hurtle.site
Hurtle gameplay: a glowing neon wireframe track receding to the horizon through a dark canyon of teal and orange lines

An endless descent you set the dials on.

Hurtle is a browser arcade game about rolling a ball down a track that keeps narrowing, dodging blocks and clearing gaps as the floor drops away. What makes it yours is the ten sliders: steepness, width, obstacles, jumps, speed, camera and more, so you can tune a run from a gentle roll to something brutal. Everyone in the world gets the same track each day, so your score actually means something against anyone else's.

Play today's track and compare with the world, or spin up a random layout for a fresh run that isn't scored. Steer with the arrow keys or A and D, or just drag your thumb anywhere on the screen. Free, no ads, no sign-in.

Beakdown

arcade · beakdown.fun
Beakdown gameplay: cartoon birds on floating platforms in a dark purple arena, with a score and wave counter and a glowing mushroom power-up

Settle the pecking order.

Beakdown is a browser arcade game with one rule that settles everything: the higher bird wins. You fly, you flap, and you drop onto the birds beneath you to knock them out, wave after wave, all while staying above the ones hunting you. Think Flappy Bird with a killer instinct.

Tap or hold the left or right side of the screen to fly that way, and land on your enemies from above. On a keyboard, the arrow keys steer and space climbs. It runs in the browser, free, with nothing to install.
